Bread is not an afterthought here. We bake it ourselves every morning as a natural loaf without additives, and serve it throughout the meal with our extra virgin olive oil. The cover charge is €0.50 per person.

The oil for home

Guests regularly ask afterwards which oil that was. So we sell it by the bottle. Just ask your waiter and we will bring one to the table.

Why we make a point of it

Because good olive oil is the difference between Italian food and Italian cooking. We do not buy it on price, and you can taste that – in the salad, on the carpaccio, over the bistecca.
